About Us

I’ve been working with families for over twenty years. I’ve seen firsthand how early trauma can inform and influence our present-day decisions.

I graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Masters in Social Work. My previous experience includes 20 years providing crisis intervention for individuals
experiencing violence and control in their relationships. My work has included anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationships, and personal growth. I practice client-centered counseling, which means we start where and when you want. We can stay problem-focused in the here-and-now; or maybe you’re ready to start a deeper dive into the “why” and “how” of life.
